I don't think the pseuds are a problem -- they don't result in flaming, trolling, or spamming. And Clovis can't actually type.
Nope, it's a Teppy-ism.
Actually, this is making me wonder if maybe it should be in the FAQ.
Dude! I wanna be in the FAQ! Memememe!!!
Ahem.
(I thought "In-E-mail-We-Lurkers-Support" was funny as hell.)

Word. And I was having fun trying to figure out who it was. I wasn't even close.
Neither was I.
The only thing that has bothered me about it is the brief, horrible flashes of memories of Other Boards that it conjured up for me. Of course, Other Boards aren't this one.
And Clovis can't actually type.
Clovis doesn't seem like a sock puppet or a pseud. He's a fully formed being of his own... He's different somehow.
I am not a big fan multiple IDs for various easons, mostly unspecified, but having to do with trust.
So I guess I'm on the same page with msbelle.

My only problem with pseuds are the old "if everyone did it" argument. However, it does not appear to have gotten out of hand yet, so I don't really mind.
And Clovis can't actually type.
Does he know that?
(And I think he probably can, but why bother when GothyGirl will do it for him?)
Dude! I wanna be in the FAQ! Memememe!!!
You mean, again?
So far, I'm charmed by the ferrets, the minions, and the lurkers.
Me too.
I was completely wrong as to who the person was!
Anyway, I am vaguely discomfitted by it, but mostly because I don't want to see it getting out of hand. So far, everyone has been pretty funny.
