I imagine a deathmatch running whenever someone wants to organize and run it, new thread or no.

Right, but keeping track in someway will avoid all the confusion of "didn't we do this?" and boredom of searching back, etc.Plus/ sometimes someone taking ownership can make for long-term projects like Elena's.

I'd like to see an episode-specific deathmatch, someday, electing the best quotes from each episode, one at a time.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

For a perspective on being whedonesqued, Feb 11th saw a surge in traffic to 2,478 visitors (I'm not sure how precisely that's tracked, but the normal is 1,000 fewer). This was a link to Tim's comment that he'd be doing an Angel ep.

Whedonesque sent us over 700 of the extra visitors (spoilerslayer sent us about 50 that same day, but I don't know that average offhand).

Would the Angel spoiler thread be inappropriate? It's going to be somewhat obsolete in a few months. I guess the big question is - is anyone going to want to spoil themselves for Wonderfalls that won't want Angel spoilers?

I am unspoiled for Angel (and was for S7 Buffy, though it was the only season I stayed pure for) but quite the ho with other shows I watch. Closing the Angel spoiler thread and opening a new one for Wonderfalls seems clearer as we don't usually rename threads (that I recall???).
