Spike: You pissed in the Big Man's Chair? That's fantastic! Gunn: Spike, can you please turn off that warm fuzzy? Spike: What, the Lorne thing? Worn off. I just think that's bloody fabulous.

I was charmed (albeit somewhat perplexed) by the fannish sensibility of many of the music choices -- it's like the director was trying to vid Canada. --loligo on the Olympic Opening Ceremonies

Blackjack makes me smile - I'm on board with that.

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

Natter 21: The House Always Wins

Kinda like that one myself.

Now tagless for your comfort.

I'm torn between the House Always Wins and Blackjack. I'm very partial to both.

"Mister Spock is on his fanny, sir. Reports heavy damage."

Suddenly realizing we missed a good, snooty James Bond moment for Natter 9: Suivi. (It's a baccarat thing.)

How about Natter 21: a jack, a three, two aces, and a six!

I am all about the elaborate logic of thread titles.

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

Natter 21: a jack, a three, two aces, and a six!

I like this. Topical and mathy!

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

Natter 21: a jack, a three, two aces, and a six!

I like this.

A turkey in every toilet -- only in America!

Natter 21: The thread that's old enough to drink.

DXMachina - Feb 06, 2004 2:37:19 am PST #6764 of 10005
You always do this. We get tipsy, and you take advantage of my love of the scientific method.

Natter 21: a jack, a three, two aces, and a six!

Mathy is good.

I look more rad than Lutheranism

Natter 21: a jack, a three, two aces, and a six!

Dude, it hurts my head.

I know I suggested it, but I like the simplicity of "Blackjack!"

The lost sheep grow teeth, forsake their lambs, and lie with the lions.

I know I suggested it, but I like the simplicity of "Blackjack!"

Even though I didn't suggest it, I like this. Simplicity is good, and I like it when the Natter thread names show a variety of different styles of humor.
