I vote for Oh, As Usual, Dear, at least partially because, though she is loved in her absence, Cindy might feel weird that we name a thread for her after she's left, and/or feel that were trying to subtly exhort her to return, and I think we should leave well enough alone on that front.

She didn't want to make a thing out of it, because it wasn't really a thing, but staying was too much of a drain on her time, so she felt it best to just leave off altogether.
