The only ballot question that directly related to it was: we should change the slug line of the Previously thread to reflect that it is a discussion of past episodes of Angel.

The logic in my head says that since Buffy is over, the "Previously on Buffy" discussions moves to the main Buffy thread, and it becomes non-NAFDA.

It happens all the time in all the threads. But if something is spoilery for the current season, then it gets moved to a NAFDA thread. The main Buffy thread should be where the bulk of the Buffy discussion happens. It's unfair to Unamericans to not be able to post there out of fear of being spoiled for Angel.

Is Buffista Fic NAFDA (I think Bitchy fic was), or did it lose its designation when we combined? (Just asking, because I posted something that named the elephant in the living room, so I white fonted it.)

Okay, I'm going to take that as a "no"--the fic thread rules didn't change when we combined threads, and de-white font my post. If someone objects later, I'll put the white font back in.

I think discussions of Angel happened in the Buffy thread because the show's plots looked like they might, and eventually did, intersect -- with no new Buffy plots, that's not an issue.

Michele, there might be a desire to compare characters in situations that are similar in some respect or to track characters' arc across both shows, either of which could be spoily if said situations happened in current season or if characters continue to be on the show, and mentioning that they aren't anymore is also spoily.
