Since we used the "Prophecy Girl" quote on the previous Natter 16, this time around my vote goes for "16 going on 40"This makes sense to me.

Now see, you're missing the forest for the trees. Just leave it at "as much fun as making out with RIO sounds" and it's self-sustaining. There is no particular connection to 16 - it's just the fun of making out with Rio. I'm pretty sure the founding fathers put that in the Bill of Rigths.
