Here's probably the place to make official requests for locational mailing lists -- and if you're suggesting it, you're also signing up to be moderator (default is that each subscriber must be approved -- it's not like they're set up so that each post is approved, or anything).

Oh, and don't forget to tell me what you want the list to be named.

So, what ever happened with combining those couple of threads?

I was wondering the same thing, actually. So of the stuff that passed, what has been done and what still needs to be done?
