Not trying to stir things up between the virgins and hos again, but the options in my mind seem to be to either have the lite stuff whitefonted so the pure can avoid, or ask a ho. I know that my specific questions have always been promtly answered by someone in the know.
Well, I wasn't in SL to have specific questions answered -- I wanted heads-up on things like reported casting spoilers, episode titles, writers getting assigned to things and the like. And given that we had to have a VOTE to mention the Big Casting Spoiler on Angel in the Angel thread, even in whitefont, despite the fact that the WB was already doing *publicity* for it, suggests that whitefont discussion of Spoilage Lite topics won't play well during the season either.
I'm not trying to overturn the vote, here -- I'm just saying that I'm willing to bet this causes more trouble than it solves.

Jesus, you got what you wanted, quit bitching, ok?
We have a procedure, we followed the procedure, the majority ruled. Sometimes an individual will
like
the outcome, sometimes not. It's time to move on.
If I remember correctly, before spoilage lite we could post things like episode titles, writers, etc. in whitefont in the main thread. Will that be the case again? Or am I completely wrong about the pre-lite policy anyhow?
I can't remember why episode titles are spoilery. Or, for that matter, writers.

Me neither. It's not like ME's in the habit of naming their eps "The One Where Willow Turns Evil And Flays Warren."

I don't see why we aren't allowed to discuss the outcome of a vote without it being labeled as "bitching" or "sniping". I don't see people whining that the vote was unfair or improper or we need a do-over, it's just some of us want to state our feelings so next time these things come up we (as a community) are aware of some of these issues.
Please construe the above as bitchfree and snipeless. :)

I'm trying to think of a single spoilery title. And I'm coming up blank.
Plus, how is knowing the writer spoilery? Even Tim has written episodes where nobody died.
Season 5 Episode 1: Buffy Vs. Dracula
Although they promoted it all summer long IIRC.
Season 5 Episode 1: Buffy Vs. Dracula
What does the title tell us, other than the characters of Buffy and Dracula are going to be in it? For all we knew, they could have moved to Vegas to open an office supply store.

"Halloween," "The Prom" and "Graduation Day" leap to mind, but I'm fairly sure the facts that the episodes in question took place on their titular days were given away in the promo.
"Disharmony" kind of gave away a guest star, but again, she was in the promo.
I can't think of any plot-spoilery ep titles at all.
