I've been out of the abbey two days, I've beaten a lawman senseless, I've fallen in with criminals. I watched the captain shoot the man I swore to protect. And I'm not even sure if I think he was wrong.

Our wings are not tired.

Minear Homethread: Welcome to the Slaughterhouse

or

Tim in a bottle

We will just have to post a lot because there are many good names.

Wait, is this real-world child support, where the money goes to buy food for the kids, or MRA fantasyland child support where the women just buy Ferraris and cocaine? -Jessica

I like The Minearverse, followed by thread title. And Puddin' pop is just getting stale to me, I guess.

Tim in a bottle

This one is personally funny to me, because when I'm typing the name "Tim" specifically in reference to Tim Minear, I genearly type "Time" about 3 times, before I get it right. I always want to make him "Timear."

DXMachina - Aug 01, 2003 10:38:19 am PDT #3830 of 10005
You always do this. We get tipsy, and you take advantage of my love of the scientific method.

And Puddin' pop is just getting stale to me, I guess.

It's also kind of insulting to Tim. It's one thing to tease him with occasionally. It's quite another to permanently affix it to the title of a thread where we'd like him to post.

Thanks for all the fish.

I like - Minearvana: Tim in a Bottle - for the first thread. It's not like we can't change the wordering of the thread name along with the title.. Minearvana, Mineareverse, whatever strikes our fancy the day we're starting a new one.

Oh, I wasn't suggesting permanently. I like "Tim Minear" for the thread name, and PPoL would just be the title 'til we nattered through 10,000 posts, so like what? A week and a half?

...

eta - Elena makes an excellent point.

We are Buffistas. This isn't our first apocalypse. -- Pix

I'd also sort of like to avoid the implication we're dissing Joss with the "gateway drug" line. Funny though it is.

I think that's why I don't like the "Just A" part of it. I know an awful lot of Buffistas are Tim's bitch. I am crazy about Tim, but Joss is my brain's first and forever love.

Thanks for all the fish.

Oh my god! We just got a new computer and I'm using it for the first time and the special Buffistas 'B' is in my address window and it's so cool!

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

I like The Minearverse, followed by thread title.

I like The Minearverse too, as well as Minearvana. The other thread names seem a bit too Tim the person, not Tim the writer. And I don't think that changing the thread name is a good idea. It might lead to unintended crazy-making.
