That's the thrill of living in the Hellmouth! There's a veritable cornucopia of fiends and devils and ghouls to engage ... Pardon me for finding the glass half-full.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

Can someone give an example of a prior spoiler policy? Anyone? Bueller?

We have had this one for a looooooooooooong time.

The generation that could change the world is still looking for its car keys.

A paradox!

Hawkeye and Trapper.

Sorry.

Thanks for all the fish.

Gandalfe, if you look at the Lightbulb thread's full name, you'll see that it is a discussion thread.

Can you please remove your very large from the thread, as it is disruptive.

I personally feel that your comments were out of line.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

For those who are curious, none of us (as far as I know) were around in the original TT thread until season 3. Maybe some people were lurking - I delurked after "The Wish", and I'm certainly one of the longest-tenured people here.

If you read back in the first TT thread, someone spoiled Angel losing his soul before the episode aired.

Thanks for all the fish.

Dana, do you have any comments about the spoiler policies developed on TT and/or WX? If you'd prefer not to comment I perfectly understand.

Hmm. Is "I'm staying the hell out of it" too strong a statement?

This probably belongs in Light Bulbs, but I'm not subbed there, and I'm not going back.

Personally, I kind of like dealing in absolutes. It makes things clear, and no one has to run around in circles figuring out what the policy is. I like that we have a policy, because it's obvious that for every ten people, you'll have fifteen ideas of what constitutes a spoiler.

I dislike the somewhat exasperated sense that I sometimes get from the spoiled towards those of us who like to remain utterly virgin, as much as possible.

Hell, I even find it kind of silly that we have this much debate when we have a full-out spoiler thread, a Spoilage Lite, and a quick-edit for spoiler font.

WRT the whole grandfathered issue? I'm staying the hell out of it.

Thanks for all the fish.

Dana, I do so very much adore you. And I respect you so much.

You always do this. We get tipsy, and you take advantage of my love of the scientific method.

I'm gonna sit in the corner with Dana.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Still room in that Corner?

I have a corner? Who knew?
