Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

It wouldn't be bullshit if I were sure.

A turkey in every toilet -- only in America!

I recall far more chimes for "pretty".

You can't leave me to my own devices; my devices are Nap and Eat. -Zenkitty

Besides, "too pretty" is far too fitting, considering the people who post in Firefly.

Wait, is this real-world child support, where the money goes to buy food for the kids, or MRA fantasyland child support where the women just buy Ferraris and cocaine? -Jessica

pretty, with a side order of damned.

Now let us crush something soft and watch it fountain blood. That is a girlish thing to want to do, yes?

reposted from BBaBB:

The slug for the Great Write Way says

Discussion and workshopping of original fiction.

Since poetry and essays are also posted there, and since on a few occasions I've seen people question whether they'd even be allowed to post a poem there, I'd love to change it to

Discussion and workshopping of original writing.

Any thoughts or objections?

I look more rad than Lutheranism

I think that's an excellent idea. Of course, I say that as one of the poetry posters.

I bop to Wittgenstein. -- Nutty

I think that's a good idea. 'writing' is what it's used for in practice. And trying to stop people posting poetry and things... isn't in the slightest bit sensible.

Just to clarify, there's never been any attempt to stop people posting poetry -- more like an occasional "well, gosh, it's poetry, and I didn't think that was in the scope of this thread" worry on the part of an occasional poet.
