It was down?
Seriously. I missed it.
If Buffistas.org goes down, and no one is around to notice...
Nope, nowhere that can go that isn't going get porny at some point.
By the way, I do have a computer available in the great State o' Maine!
Gronk.
ETA: Never mind, nothing to see here....

Oh my. I'm going to have that in my head all day.
The idea that core buffistas do, or should have extra rights?
Both. Do in a moral sense, should in a codification sense.
Do in a moral sense, should in a codification sense.
I think certain Buffistas command more respect, but as long as we're human, that's going to happen. Certain Buffistas have more persuasive power, for the same mortal reasons.
Is that what bothers you, or is there something deeper?
That is not my beautiful husband.
That's Jim formerly known as E-T, isn't it?
Do in a moral sense, should in a codification sense.
But I think he's arguing pro this idea, not against. Unless I'm reading him wrong.
Nope. Jim E-T is an entirely different Jim, and British.
Um. I agree that certain Buffistas are highly respected. I'm more likely to stop and read a post here from you, or Betsy, or Hec - I know the names, I know they don't post nonsense (Midge Ure aside). Obviously. But I don't think that any arrangements we make should take that into account. i don't like the idea that "active members of the community" should have more of a right to control it than lurkers.
