I think when the UnAmericans have finished S7, we should get rid of Previously and just have the one thread.

Um... but what about the new season(s) of Angel still to come? Or should we open a new Previously on Angel thread in the autumn when S5 starts? Or not bother? Old Angel eps don't seem to get discussed much anyway, though that may change if and when they reach syndication.

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

Fiona, syndication starts this fall.

Up with the sun

It sounds like really the only thread everyone would agree to drop is Buffy Spoilage Lite -- I was thinking Previously as well, but I'd forgotten the Previously-on-Angel factor.

Ann, that's a ferret.

Toss out an idea here -- keep the Previously thread for S1-S7, and use the Buffy thread to create our own S8?

Just because ME isn't making any more eps doesn't mean we can't. And there's a lot of room for interesting arcs in an S8.

I bop to Wittgenstein. -- Nutty

Is Spoilers kept on for discussion of future plots, then, FredPete? And Spoilage Lite is for people who only want to have a hand in the casting, not in what actually happens?

S to the A -- using they/them pronouns!

Where is Angel being syndicated?

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

TNT.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

Is Spoilers kept on for discussion of future plots, then, FredPete?

Spoilers is being kept open for S5 of AtS.

I forgot about AtS syndication. So I guess Previously stays, but becomes an Angel thread in the fall.

Ann, that's a ferret.

Am-Chau, hadn't thought of that. We could use Spoiler thread for thrashing out ideas, then put the result in the main Buffy thread. Or do it all on the the main thread. As JPM points out, though, AtS spoilers will still be out there.

At this point, I'm just tossing out an idea. If there's interest, either I can make a formal proposal, or it can be rolled into whatever general housekeeping may be done as a result of BtVS and Firefly not making new eps.
