It's the key phrase in the dialogue, and it does double duty as a reference to the show's failure to be completely dead yet.
Firefly 3: It's only a flesh wound.

I was kinda wondering if adding the second phrase made it less jinxy. Because the 'still flying' does feel jinxy to me, and if it's 'not much, but enough' then *either* the UKers seeing it, or the movie, or just the thread, might be it-- and I'm completely failing to make sense here, aren't I? You may be right. I won't oppose a simple 'still flying'.
Edit: but if we're going with Python refs., may I suggest "Firefly 3: It's pining for the fjords"?
Firefly 3: It's only a flesh wound.
Firefly 3: She's only pinin' for the Rim.
Robert? Get out of my head!
Firefly 3: Not pushing up Space-Daisies
Now, see, we've started on Python quotes and it won't be long before I find myself compelled to propose "Firefly 3: And after the spanking, the oral sex!"
Ooops.
See, now I'm thinking "Firefly 3: Only Mostly Dead."
I still like my "Like Buffy - Only Canceled" - even though it didn't even garner a hiss
Actually, as much as I love "I'll be in my bunk", I think "Still Flying", in whatever configuration is the right way to go.
I still like:
Firefly 3: You did take the sky from me, you %#@(*%@)!!!
Firefly 3: Just think happy thoughts
And finally:
Firefly 3: Bring back our show before Caleb and Jasmine pay you a visit.
