This is just my $0.02, so everybody can take or leave it as they see fit, but I persoanlly would like to see a new Tim thread get created the same way anything else gets created.
But even more than that, I would like for whatever we do - vote to create, or just create by fiat, a thread for Tim's new show - to wait until after Tuesday the 15th, just a few short days away, when we actually know whether or not a single episode of the show will even air.
It is still very premature to start talking about new shows in the new season, when even the studio executives do not know for sure what's been picked up yet.
Again, just my $0.02. Do what you like with it.
Well, in the interests of preserving database space, we could probably combine Great Write Way and Pornanthology into Bitchy Fic, but I think a separate thread for Fan Fiction in all its incarnations is still a good thing. One thread for workshopping, one thread for reccing other people's work.
I wasn't debating weather or not to have a show thread, but whether it is too early. *shrug* It just seemed in the past when a show has been generating natter of sufficient volume, a thread is made to accomodate it. Hence, no thread for Miracles.
OTOH, having a Tim thread would be a goodness, from which show threads would spring once critical mass has been reached...

1. We specified that every new thread must be voted in.
2. Logically, all thread combos should b voted over as well.

Overal, I am very proconsolidaton nd anti-new threads until the nee for thm is proved. Like we should be overwhelming Natter, e.g., wth our posts on Topic X before Topic X warrants its own thread. Thus declares Nutty, for purely oganizational and efficiency reasons.
Double post. told yu WebTCV sucks.
Don't know why, but i'm LOVING the bad Nutty typage. It's making me grin like a loon.
