Damn it! You know what? I'm sick of this crap. I'm sick of being the guy who eats insects and gets the funny syphilis. As of this moment, it's over. I'm finished being everybody's butt monkey!

Nobody

Possibly because I find the layers of funny in Touched By A Crazy Person: Wonder Falls and Other Post-Grad Projects a touch too amusing for my own good.

I can't post because I'm laughing too hard.

All is well that ends in pizza.

How about we wait for Wonder Falls to get closer to actual production or airing before we jump on the thread bandwagon. As it is, anything we really talk about it would almost be spoily.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

As it is, anything we really talk about it would almost be spoily.

So you're suggesting a spoiler thread?

As to the Buffy threads...

I think The Buffy threads of current and of spoilers and previously should be scrapped for a whole new matrix.

Buffy Afterlife 1: She saved the world...a lot.

or

Buffy Forever 1: Taking a moment..

would be a good start.

Eventually, Unamerican would fall, as well.

I don't know, it just seems premature to deal with a show so far in the future.

I think you'll find UnAmerican similar to Atlantic Canadians -- it's only somewhat a show thread.

As it is, until Tuesday (5/13), discussing threads for any new shows is kind of premature.

Until that date, whether or not the show is even going to air is just speculation. The ratio of pilots to open slots this year is ridiculous. There are not that many slots opening, and the number of pilots under consideration is quite large.

Thanks for all the fish.

I'd like to keep the Quotable Buffy up and running for a while so we can have the quote deathmatches.

To understand what happened at the diner, we shall use Mr. Papaya! This is upsetting because he's the friendliest of fruits.

I just want Tim's new show to have a thread, and worry about closing it later. Does anyone regret the Firefly thread?

I'm with Allyson on this. Tim's not just a now-former ME writer, he's OUR former ME writer. Damn it.

Monique - May 09, 2003 7:00:20 pm PDT #1605 of 10005

So if former ME writers get new projects and new threads, what about new projects from former ME actors?

Hey. Someone was going to eventually bring it up. Seems right it'd be me, seeing as how we'll find out the fate of "Maddy Breakers" on the 15th. Not that I think a comedy from one of the guys behind "Married ... With Children" will generate intense amounds of in-depth analysis and discussion, but if there's a Speedo scene, ya' never know what might happen with Narrator and Cindy around. IJS.
