Brenda, the only time I’d managed to deliberately loose weight before GLP1 was on Optavia (when it was still whatever the old name was) but eventually I put it back on when I wasn’t staying on their foods. (And then added more, with the pandemic and a lot of comfort eating!)

I had meant to bring my ballot with me on Saturday and vote before or after the rally but I did not manage to pack it. I did bring it to work yesterday, and then forgot all about it until I was packing up my stuff to go home, but I was able to fill it out right then and put the envelope in the corporate outgoing mail bin so ultimately a win, Although I shouldn't count is as truly complete until I get the confirmation text that my ballot has been counted (I am slightly disturbed they can do that but also love it)

Re: the East Wing. It's important to remember that, after he's gone, we can blow-up the ballroom (I'm thinking a controlled demolition for all of us to watch on TV, and then build the East Wing back. Same for his Arc de Trump. Just blow them all up.
