Askye, is there any reason you can’t have talk sugar? (Also, I don’t understand what “protein yogurt” is? Yogurt is a great source of protein!)
Also, I don’t understand what “protein yogurt” is? Yogurt is a great source of protein!
Greek Yogurt has more protein than something like...Yoplait. Just like some yogurts have live cultures which are better for your pro-biotics.
Oh, it sounded like yogurt to which protein had been added which seems weird to me.
Arthur turns 2 in a week or so, and frozen blueberries ("boodiddies" which manages to sound both dirty and racist) are among his favorite thingsThis sentence filled me with delight, as did the description of Matilda moving into her dorm. As a teacher, my year has always started in August/September, and I think it is going to be an extremely weird transition when I retire and that's no longer the case. I'm starting year 29 teaching, but since we didn't get our mortgage until 7.5 years ago and I won't have health care until I'm 65, I'm looking at another 15 years before retirement is an option. C'est la vie.
I'm in CT for a family wedding, and I've been sleeping in my childhood bedroom, which does not have AC. Other than that, it's been a lovely visit. I fly back Sunday and school starts Monday, so new beginnings all around.
jump to the part where the mammogram is over, Tim's cancer is gone, my hip doesn't hurt anymore, the Zepbound worked, and the democrats control all 3 branches of government and are actually getting shit done.Tep, I want this for you — and all of us — too. I'm glad your mammogram experience wasn't too bad.
Cutiehead uke player!
Ooh, good vacation plans.
I meant high protein yogurts like Ratio or Okios Triple Zero. Which are super high protein but super low calorie because of suraclose. I think ratio yogurts are around 25 grams of protein.
The Ratio Strawberry Cheesecake flavor has been one of my go to snacks because it's tasty .
Also a lot not protein drinks have artificial sweeteners.
I can have table sugar it just limits my options when trying to work in more protein in an easy way.
The small human who woke me up yesterday at 530 yelling for the ukulele
So much cuter than the loud meowing that wakes me every morning!
Ah, I don’t like most flavored yogurts (and really hate sweetener that’s not sugar or honey) so I just do plain Greek yogurt, a bunch of blueberries or strawberries, a tablespoon or so of granola and some chia seeds (which I love the weird texture of and they’re a great source of fiber). The Greek yogurt has 16 g of protein per 3/4 cup which is about what I have. But I eat meat so I don’t really needed extra protein added to my food. I am also very lucky to have access to lots of food options and the means to buy them.
Vanilla yogurt is my go to. Skyr is my current favorite.
Also team oatmeal, I’m lazy and do plain instant with the aforementioned yogurt mixed in. Doesn’t look very appetizing but tastes good, fills me up and is higher fiber, lower fat, and fewer calories than the breakfast sandwiches I had been having every morning.
I have become the person I never thought I would who has virtually the same thing for breakfast and lunch most days. In the last year I have just become exhausted from daily choices and decision making.
