Peaches, apples, blueberries, corn, cucumbers, baby tomatoes, and grown tomatoes is today's haul. But not in huge amounts, because there are only two of us plus I'm taking some to my aunt.
I want to do something with a couple of peaches besides just eat them. But I don't know what yet. Suggestions welcome.

The fruit dessert I always make on vacation is: cut into chunks (unless it's like, berries), toss with a little sugar + seasonings (whatever goes with the thing you have) then pour Bisquick on top (add liquids according to the box) and bake. Boom, instant cobbler.
Nice suggestions, thank you - wish I had bought more peaches now, ha! I will report back. I think one of them will go toward a peach salsa for some salmon that's defrosting for tomorrow, but the rest will get dessert treatment.
That was a long day and I am very tired. I think I lost my company swag water bottle, which seems ironic.
