I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

PSA: last time I went to the grocery store Zi picked up the house brand of @spicy refried beans” because I eat a lot of Rosarita Green Chile & Lime refried beans and if the generic are as delicious that would save me some money. I am sorry to report that they are definitely not as delicious, not even close. That extra 50 cents a can is worth it.

Happy Birthday David!

Who has two thumbs and managed to get his front yard mowed at 8:30 this morning before it rained? This guy!

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

Happy birthday, Hec!

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

Belated happy birthdays to all I’ve missed.

Headed out of the house for the first time in 5 days. Covid test negative this morning and I never had a fever. I’ll be grocery shopping like a fiend today, woohoo!

Also going to start a house clean up as I have houseguest coming on Thursday. - roomba downstairs
- vacuum upstairs
- bathroom scrub down
- all winter clothes put away/culled

Which is going to take some doing since I’ve basically been sitting on my ass in a recliner for 5 days. 14.5 movies watched in 5 days y’all and a full season of Dog House Australia and I worked 4 of those days.

Do it in spurts, msbelle, and rest often! Glad you're feeling better. Or, I guess, I hope you're feeling better since you have all this on your agenda.

I had a decent low-key chore accomplishment day yesterday -- four loads of laundry done and put away (I usually do laundry more often, but it got away from me this week), cleaned the kitchen and tidied the dining room.

Also, we did the crossword, played Mario Golf and generally chilled. I watched a lot of Supernatural as I was doing stuff. I'm also working on a jigsaw puzzle! It's been forever since I've done one. Fun.

Our wings are not tired.

I am back in Otter Lake. The day of travel from Ohio was much smoother. Still, my body took issue with the whole trip. This time it was the shoulder and hands that hurt. I'm pacing myself today as I attack the entire house cleaning and organizing thing.

Four weeks on the new diet and I've lost 7 pounds. Some of that may be the difference in location. The scale is always friendlier to me in the mountains as opposed to sea level. I'll see what the difference is when I fly back for a visit next month.
