I had the "oh damn, this cheap-ass flooring isn't going to last five years" realization over the weekend when I spotted some cracked panels. We'll see how adept I can get at only stepping on the load bearing planks. I want blinds and a front porch banister before I have to re-floor the whole house.

I got a cold brew with raspberry pearls on my way into work this morning because raspberry is delicious. And it was quite tasty, but they totally look like I've got salmon roe in my drink.

Glorious blue sky this morning. Have to take Matilda off to an early doctor appointment in a bit then deal with onerous tasks. But I'm already planning on some lazy indulgences today.
