I am having a frustrating day of contract work, but I am transitioning out of this project starting this month, so that's a relief. If I never have to do QuickBooks again, that'll be just fine by me.
DH starts work on Monday, yay.

Coincidentally (or is it?) my dad got stung by a yellowjacket a couple of weeks ago. It's the season for itm, maybe? Although he was outside disturbing them, not in the presumed safety of his own bathroom
I am doing a lot of copying stuff out of excel/our ERP and pasting it into slides because that's how we run meetings now. Kind of feels like building dioramas but with a less interesting outcome

It's a little-known fact that the best cure for a wasp sting is a visit from Scola.
Thank you! Not a ton of celebrating today, but we'll maybe go out to eat, and then I'll do something with my local friend this weekend.
Husband has met neighbors and had long conversations. I have thankfully avoided having to participate in those conversations.
