Understandable!
When I was a kid I made my peace with the thought that if someone really wanted in my house there was nothing I could do about so I should just go to sleep and the relative security of doors and windows rarely bothers me. Dangling feet off the bed is just unnecessary risk.
Ha, ha, ha! At times, when my anxiety was not very well controlled, I would set up traps and nosiemakers on the way to my bedroom... for the hordes of people waiting for sundown to break in every day. My defenses worked -- no one has dared so far, knock wood.
It’s in a great location! Perfect for someone not into cooking
Not having a fully functional kitchen is a deal-breaker for me. The outside door location doesn't matter to me. I've never locked my doors so not really ever worried about intruders. I've also had large dogs all my life, so that might be a factor there. Under the bed monsters are another matter altogether.
Pete Rose owned a couple of restaurants and homes here and was widely reputed to be a horrible human being. Baseball player, on the other hand, he was amazing. As they say, it's complicated.
I saw that! I sure want to see him go to the Hall of Fame.
I thought of you immediately.
Y'all are not seeing the potential in that kitchen. I already have a countertop oven and a free standing induction burner. not to mention the sous vide set up, instant pot, electric griddle, and crock pot. With the right furniture that whole living room is a kitchen
If I were looking to move, I would be all over that house. (After doing some sort of non-appropriative cleanse to clear out the fascism.)
