It's been quiet here the last few days.
I filled the car's tank with gas on my way to work Thursday. When I got home yesterday, I had a smidge over 300 miles on the trip odometer. Lots of driving....

Good Trouble and Righteous Fights
There's a woman in our church who uses a guide dog for assistance with visual impairment. Today they happened to come to the pew where I was already sitting, and she had the dog back into the space between pews using the command "step back" followed by a series of "beep beep beep" until the dog had gone far enough. I commented that I loved that she used the sound of a reversing truck, and she said it had been the intuitive choice.
