I successfully got a good nights sleep, tidied the house for the cleaners, worked a half day, packed, and am in a Lyft to the airport. Fingers crossed the rest of the travel is smooth!

The more I learn, the more I realize how little I know.
Repairs are being made in my apartment bathroom to fix a water leak from my bathtub. Tile has been removed, sheetrock and insulation pulled. Now replacements are going in. If all continues to go well, it should be done today, and usable tomorrow.
The noise has not been too bad, but I hate (Hate! Hate!) having strangers in my cave.

I am officially going to contact all my lovely lady mentors from the 1990-200Os. My children’s theatre person got run over on her walk in her neighborhood and my version of Dustin’s mom died from old age. I just want to be back in my little town and hug it.

You've all followed Emmett's path since his very inception, so I am happy to announce that Emmett has officially been accepted into the apprentice program of Electrician's Union Local 50-something, starting in the next week or so.
He's on his new career path.
