Well, it's just good to know that when the chips are down and things look grim you'll feed off the girl who loves you to save your own ass!

Thrive to spite them

I still haven't watched the full memorial. I was going to today but it's been a day. I did cut my own hair, I've never done that before. I watched a youtube video in whole, skimmed through some. Didn't really do anything they recommended and M had to clean up some of the cut that I botched. But it doesn't look horrible --it's all one length and just below my shoulders. I didn't attempt bangs or layering. I've just been lazy about going some where and getting it cut.

Good Trouble and Righteous Fights

Plei getting me to Ballard might be difficult, but I am willing to do it on occasion!

I am also willing to make the occasional trek to Ballard! (And also trying to reconstruct a friend network post-pandemic and post-that one friend who always invited me to everything moving across the country.)

We're back from my niece's graduation in Oklahoma. She's grown into an impressive young woman--3rd in her class of ~425, headed to Drury University (a small college in Missouri I hadn't heard of before, but it seems to have really good programs) for pre-med.

"...and then Legolas and the Hulk destroy the entire Greek army." - Penny Arcade

Hey guys. Sorry I missed the memorial and the live stream. David, if I haven't said it, condolonces for you and your family.

The only excitement we've had down here was my folks in Houston losing power or a day or so after the storm, and even then they had the generator Dad installed after the big freeze a few years ago.

Shir, glad to hear you had a good time in the States and may your luggage fly to you on wings of song.

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

We have an app, but it's not a standalone thing. It plays with our IAM products.

Plei getting me to Ballard might be difficult, but I am willing to do it on occasion! Especially if you manage to pirate that show I was telling you about....

Right! I knew there was something I was meaning to hunt down!

Maybe we should attempt Seattleista coffee or something once a month rotating between our locations...

I am down for monthly seattlista attempts, or something!

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

I am home, and exhausted.

Friends don't let friends read "Atlas Shrugged"

Seemingly, the French postal service is planning to have scratch-and-sniff stamps that will smell of fresh baguettes. I wonder how much mail will be eaten.
