Always Anti-fascist!

I have amethyst studs I don't wear anymore... didn't know you'd be the Buffista I share that with, Hec! (Nothing wrong with them--they just...kind of remind me of things I'd rather not.)

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

David, has EM moved to Montana? I may have missed a memo.

EM's partner owns property up in Montana and he's retired and loves to ski up there. Also, his son, Jack (one of Emmett's old teammates) lives up there. Anyway, so EM tends to spend the winters up in Montana now. She'll be back in April.

Also, I hope they find your earring.

She did! Also, thanks for the offer, erika.

And I stand in awe of your housekeeping, dishwashing and disposing skills of leftover food.

I have clean sheets on my bed! I did two loads of laundry, and my dishes, and went out for a walk to get a belated Second Coffee, grab some veg for the pigs and I put out the trash for pickup tomorrow. I ate some leftover soup for dinner.

Now I'm tuckered out, but with my bed made, and the dishes done, I can just chill out for the rest of the evening.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

A full day indeed!

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

A full day indeed!

And yet I still have so much to do to excavate the Depression Pit of my bedroom.

I keep thinking of 50s television when TV shows would be sponsored by a particular ad client. Like..."My Three Sons is brought to you by Westinghouse. Westinghouse brings good things to life."

That is, I'm thinking of that construction as "Dishes and Laundry are brought to you by Sisyphus. When your task is endless and eternal, you can count on Sisyphus."

I've got a whole cost/benefit analysis going on in my head now about "is it worth it to cook for myself today."

I adore all you motherfuckers so much -- PMM.

Hec, please hug Jen for me. It was so good to see her in May, and I was very glad it happened before my world fell in.

She can hug you for me at the same time. Convenient, that.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

Sounds like a Welcome to Night Vale ad. I started listening to The Magnus Archives yesterday while packing and then decided I was too suggestible to listen to a horror podcast while alone in my house.

Cold status: So far, unmanifested. Hopefully it's allergies.

Packing status: About 75% of the kitchen is done, which is the big one.

That’s a lot Dana! For me I think that hardest part would be deciding if stuff was worth packing up, and if not what the heck I wanted to do with it

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

We had already done a bunch of de-cluttering. My big win yesterday was to convince husband to get rid of a few mugs, since we have far more mugs than any one household could ever use.
