Now tagless for your comfort.

She was one of the people I was following on BlueSky yesterday!

Witty tech writer. She also deferred from being interviewed by other media saying, “I’m not the best one for on camera interviews.”

Courtney Milan has a thread on BlueSky about why UnitedHealth is so problematic: [link] . Not, of course, that this justifies assassination, but still ...

Tom it sounds like he uses a Citibike? So maybe that makes it not a stolen opportunity? (Seems easily traceable but who knows)

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

I can’t get over the fact that the gunman’s plan hinged on his leaving his bike unlocked and counting that it wouldn’t be stolen while he lurked outside a hotel lobby.

That is amazing.

For lunch today I followed the microwave recipe for congee (that I have made before with success) using the last of my bones from the turkey carcass, some chicken stock that has been in the freezer for probably less than a year, and kasha (instead of rice) that I cooked yesterday for this very purpose. Also leftover gravy and droppings. It came out a bit soupy, but pretty tasty. Would probably benefit from a bit of cranberry sauce, but I don't have any

Gotta say I'm with Chris Rock and "not excusing, but I understand." There must be a list of suspects like a "Murder She Wrote" victim.

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

Based on the number of people on Reddit chiming in that a relative or friend died while awaiting resolution of insurance denying a cancer treatment option, I imagine the number of potential suspects is orders of magnitude larger than the population of Cabot Cove.

Possibly of interest to Buffistas with young kids or grandkids: [link]

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

As with most, if not all, high profile murders, thankful that the murderer appears to not be a brown or black person.

Meanwhile watching South Korea and France in political upheaval is something.

I might need another fallback plan.
