Mal: Cut it out. Job's not done until we're back on Serenity. Zoe: Sorry, sir. Didn't mean to enjoy the moment.

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

Lots of ~ma, Epic.

It creeps me out that he [Vance] has a house in Cincinnati, about 6 miles away from us. GTFO, man.

I drive by it every day on the way to and from work. I've been getting kind of entertained noticing how more and more of his neighbors are putting up Harris/Walz signs.

the hardest to learn / was the least complicated

I've been getting kind of entertained noticing how more and more of his neighbors are putting up Harris/Walz signs.

That is AWESOME.

Seen a few more Harris/Walz signs here in my deep red county.

Did a tire rotation on my Outback Saturday. I thought it would be easy-peasy since I have two floor jacks now, jack up one corner, jack up a second corner, swap the tires. Then I discovered my jack could lift the Outback high enough to take a tire off, but not to put it back on. I ended up having to use two jacks to put it back on, one to lift the car, one to compress the suspension. It has some serious ground clearance and suspension travel.

I have grown older, but not up.

Ugh. Need to vent.

Just had a death by PowerPoint experience. A dozen slides, with a dozen bullet points each, in Comic Sans. Bold.

And the presentation was just reading the bullet points. In a monotone. With no pauses.

Aaaaaaaugggghhh!

Why isn't everyone pelting me with JOY, dammit? - Zenkitty

OMG, so much sympathy, dcp. That's a misery!

Trial~ma to you, Epic!

Since the weather has turned cooler (but not consistently cool enough to switch from AC to heat), I've gained two furry shadows that want to be next to or on me at all times.

Our wings are not tired.

That is an awful thing to inflict upon you, dcp!

I've been getting kind of entertained noticing how more and more of his neighbors are putting up Harris/Walz signs.

This just tickles me. Palm Beach has a few strategically placed billboards specifically placed to annoy the orange menace.

My sister has evacuated to Miami. My brother is of course staying. I told him he could go to my place after the storm if he is without power. They are below the worst of it but tornadoes are hitting all over the state.

If I want to become a cloud of bats, does each bat need a separate vaccination?

I've been getting kind of entertained noticing how more and more of his neighbors are putting up Harris/Walz signs.

Does he actually live there? If someone were to put a Harris/Walz sign on his yard, how long before anyone would notice?

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

Presumably his Indian-American wife and kids still live there. I have to wonder about the state of his marriage.
