It is getting cool here so I made yummy pumpkin chili! Pureed pumpkin, tomatoes, lentils, garbanzo beans, peppers, garlic, and artichoke hearts. Served with avocado slices because I like chunks of avocado in my chili instead of putting cheese on top. It was very autumn like!

Alembic has added a new seasonal menu item which is Pozole Fries. Which you can get with Carnitas.

So basically it's like...Mexican poutine? Not really cheesy though, but it's french fries slathered in Pozole (mexican soup made with pork shoulder, chilies and hominy), topped with cojita cheese and carnitas. So decadent!
