Also, Trump's team knows he needs Ohio to win, so this was his best shot. Despite Vivek Ramaswamy being from Ohio, his problem is that [1] Trump would never, ever be able to pronounce his name correctly, and [2] he's brown. The GOP might pay lip service in a really vague way to people who aren't fishbelly white, but they're not going to let a BIPOC get that close to the Oval Office.

Visited Mr. S today. He was ok, if bored. He had some meltdowns over the weekend, which led to some of his stuff being off-limits for a bit. Don't know when he's being discharged, but we are still heading to Buffalo tomorrow for the big convention there.
