Everything went well on the transfer and I'm just waiting for the final confirmation.

At which point we will have closed escrow and I can give a set of keys to Emmett.

Yeah, I think that's what happened, --t, not that I fully understood it, exactly--the closest I feel to getting locked out of tradition like that might be either Super Bowl Sunday and not having a team or taking Independence Day exceptionally literally.
