Wow, that seems daunting. How does it compare to the disclosure docs for your current place?

The house inspection on our current place was 80 pages by itself. It was thorough! The inspection on this place is about 25 pages. Most of it is standard boilerplate language.

There's always a freakout when you read the inspection report. But older buildings have issues that need to be addressed. This building is 100 years old so it's fundamentally sound.
