Although I love listening to audiobooks when driving I have not seemed to manage to focus on any of the serial variety. On the list. Perhaps on the drive back to Florida.
Laura, Midnight Burger really is fucking fantastic. It's smart and funny and weird and poignant and consistently entertaining. And there are a lot of episodes, so it would be suited for a New York --> Florida drive.

I've heard Belgium is nice, but I haven't been. If transporters ever exist, I have a huge list of things to use it for.
We did however have a romaine salad at dinner for the first time in months. Wow, going back to six months ago, go us. (Lee Greenwood is on the monkey crack. Although I hate that there is a very simple part of my system--at least it's not my naughty bits, right-- but maybe it's the mental and emotional equivalent, that might respond to that song, even though I don't like it.)
