PT was BRUTAL yesterday. Part of the recovery therapy involves the PT manually working to increase extension and flexion (so how flat the knee gets and how far it can bend). So basically the PT was pushing down on my leg and, even more painfully, in. OW OW OW I was crying, screaming “fuuuuccckkkk” and laughing at the same time. Hopefully it is worth it!!
Ooofdah! It will be worth it. You do have to stretch things out and probably breaking down adhesions too.
The drag show was fun and it was good to take Matilda and introduce her to my friends. She already knows Jes, who produces the show and was performing: [link]
I woke up and went out the door to let glorious morning sunshine reset my circadian rhythms and bought greens for the pigs and fresh fruit for me. I've had a very good tasty bunch of summer fruit this year. I've really nailed my nectarine ripeness protocol.
Matilda and I split one perfectly ripe nectarine after our bolognese the other night as I explained that Italians traditionally finished their meals with fresh fruit.
That’s so great you’ve had some quality time with Matilda, Hec!

Two nights in a row!
And her bf is off to a trip to Santa Barbara for five days so I can monopolize her for a bit.
Oooh, doggie, my Realtor just sent me an address from his "drip" - which is real estate listings which are not listed online yet -- and there's a hot one that would work. The listing price is low compared to what it will go for but could still be in our ballpark for Emmett and his gf, Kalena.
