Steph, have you had any insomnia prior to Zep?
Once in a while. But it seems pretty closely linked to increasing the dose, since it's happened with all 3 doses now. If it keeps following the pattern, it'll stop after a couple of weeks. Fingers crossed!
I agree with -t that the dosing of a frying pan to the head seems tough.
It's more of an art than a science.
Insomnia is just ugh. Mine got bad during menopause and I'm still dealing with it. I'm on nightly trazadone (as is my dog when there is fireworks!!) which knocks me out but doesn't keep me asleep. But the occasional gummy also does the trick. Just not as consistently. Sometimes I wonder if I should switch from trazadone to just gummies?
Insomnia is indeed ugh and I hate that we are all expected to just keep doing our jobs or whatever when we are so damn tired. It's not even that frequent for me, but it feels like the effects never really go away

Y’all. In an era when literally the only tv I’ve watched this year is re-heating Heated Rivalry, a couple episodes of Bridgerton, and the superbowl…I’ve been selected to be a Nielsen family?! I guess they also do radio ratings. Random. They sent a thing to my house last week but it was addressed to an old roommate (with a $10 bill in it to thank her for her time) but they called me? And I guess even though I am not her it’s still fine. Ok?

Something called Dumpling Fest, which I thought would be walking around to a multitude of restaurants sampling dumplings but seems to be more driving from one restaurant to two others in sequence sampling dumplings. Which I'm sure will still be plenty of dumplings! Just, three restaurants seems kind of paltry for a Fest
I guess it depends on the restaurant. There was a hole in the wall place in Chapel Hill that specialized in dumplings. It must have had 15–20 different kinds. I hope at least one of your three is similar, -t.
