Jilli, for the coughing, have you tried Tessalon Pearls? They aren't opioids like codeine, but they work like spooky magic to stop coughing.

I've been taking the Tessalon Pearls every night, but am trying to make sure I have "productive coughing" as per the clinic doctor.
