Green kryptonite doesn’t cause Covid.
I woke up at 6 from a dream of being violently shaken awake. (I was not being violently shaken awake.)
You win this time, wee Scola!
That sounds extremely unpleasant, Dana!
I didn’t do a covid test and I’m not sure it matters at this point.
You will all be pleased to know that I threw some BS bullet points into what I think is the correct place for my 2025 performance appraisal. They tell us to do this, and then say only the individual goals, the company wide EBIT improvement will be determined later. And that is 66% of everyone's goals, so I can't help but feel like none of it matters.
My boss is back from vacation today - he shows up as "active" on Slack at least but I have not heard from him yet...
At any rate, this time last year we were getting summoned to emergency last minute company wide meetings to announce sweeping layoffs, and that hasn't happened today, so that's promising.
Y'all. Existential crisis. We decided to make 2025 a 53 week year and now I have to deal with having back-to back odd numbered weeks and that is apparently harder for me than I expected it to be. Send chocolate, maybe St Bernards with brandy.

Absolutely not. Go home sick, you've earned it.
Okay, there’s significant cartilage damage and for sure a labral tear with a paralabral cyst full of synovial fluid. Next step is to get in with an orthopedic surgeon who specializes in hip preservation (ie, arthroscopic repair rather than full joint replacement).
Dag, Tep! That's a fucked up hip. So you been doing cancer care all year with a crippled hip? That sounds very painful.
Monday morning and I'm finally back to Pilates. Between Thanksgiving break, two weeks off after skin cancer stitches and and two weeks off for Xmas break, I've done exactly one full week of Pilates since before Turkey time.
So, of course, on this grey, cold, rainy, early morning, back-from-holiday, Monday session they do a freakin' assessment first thing! That means pushups, which are not any part of Pilates. Boo!
