I'm so sorry to hear that. Heartbreaking.

Natter 78: I might need to watch some Buffy for inspiration
Off-topic discussion. Wanna talk about corsets, duct tape, butt kicking, or physics? This is the place. Detailed discussion of any current-season TV must be whitefonted.
Holy shit, Norah?? But she’s young! Though I guess time passes and their kids probably are much older than I imagine that’s still awful.
Wow, I didn't know she'd been sick. Not that we talked more than a few times outside the board context...there could be a lot of time for wonderful or terrible things. Still, not the result you're thinking of when you think "Haven't heard from her in a while,"(Except from my grandma's hospice doctor..kind of took mental points off for him that it didn't cross *his* mind, though I guess once she failed, it was super-fast. ) Anyway...
Timelies all!
Sigh...I've got a bunch of forms I need to fill out for the psychologist we're looking into for Mr. S when he gets out. Despite the fact that Gary's the one who contacted them, I'm listed as Parent #1. I'm gonna need Gary's help for the forms, but Mr. S is here for the weekend, and tends to want Gary with him all the time. So it looks like Sunday evening will be spent doing these forms, as we have an intake Zoom meeting on Monday.
Such terrible news.
Oh I’m so upset. Norah’s children are 22 and, I think, 20. Which is adult but not very old to lose their mother.
I’m just gutted.
Thank you, Polgara. I’m very sad to hear, but thank you
Wait...board name "Burrell"?
