It's a real burden being right so often.

I only started trying for purple first when I realized it was a thing, and now it's an added layer of fun... it doesn't take much to amuse me, it seems.

We do the puzzle together at night, so I haven't gotten there yet. Speaking of, I need to get back to printing old ones and doing them on paper to practice for the tournament in March!

Who's thinking about going to that, BTW? Unofficial poll!

Wordle in three today -- that's my favorite number to get it in.

Yes! I feel like getting it in 2 is all luck, and in 4 is normal, so 3 is the sweet spot.

Yes, exactly that!

Ok just did today’s connections, I liked the repetitiveness (endings in O) but felt like it’s almost cheating to have one do the categories be “words in [another language]”?? That just seems wrong to me somehow.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Totally agree with all of that meara

Thanks for putting the puzzle tournament back on my radar, Jen! I just this morning thought of the Artisan Cheese Festival which, it turns out, is also in March so I guess it's time to think about Spring travel possibilities

Had to check my stats. I have the most solves in 4, but more 3s than 5s so that seems good

Thrive to spite them

Happy birthday Jess.

I have a headache and some nasal pressure. I blame it on the extreme temperature change. Went from mid 70s as a high to 44 and I think 49. Today the high is going to be 67 and then in the low 70s the rest of the week.

Work is being frustrating. It's no one's fault it's just new policies that are making more work.

Thanks for putting the puzzle tournament back on my radar, Jen!

Excellent!

Oh, I need to look at those stats about how many in three, four, etc. I know my stats don't go all the way back, because I'm 95% sure I got a lucky guess in one once a while ago, and that doesn't show up, but I'd guess the rest of % stats would be about the same.
