Congratulations to Debet and fam!!
Oofda, I'm all bedraggled and tired because JZ and Matilda got up at 4am in prep for their flight to Greece, and I helped them get ready and down to the street for the cab.
They've already completed the first leg from SF to NJ, and from there they go directly to Greece where family picks them up.
Debet! Congratulations! Bobby had the perfect apple head since he was a quickie too. Thank dad for the wonderful pictures. He made me tear up! It takes a few days for the feeding thing to work out. Right now he is likely pretty exhausted. Well done!
I'm sure it's exhausting to be a baby, so much to learn, like latching and breathing and what are those things on the ends of my hands and why does my bum feel wet and all that. He'll get with the program, I'm sure.

Going to stay with family no less.
Her dad surprised Jacqueline for her 50th birthday last summer and said, "I'm going to send you and Matilda to Greece for your birthday!" And she said, "I need more than one week's notice because we plan out Matilda's summer about 6 months in advance. Also you are giving me a massive anxiety attack."
So we pushed it back a year and off they go. Matilda's first international travel. I think her last flight was to Seattle for the F2F.
I am looking forward to the adventures of JZ and Matilda in Greece. One of my basketball kids is headed there to play ball and I told DH that we really need to go visit him.

Trip to Greece is awesome! Whereabouts in Greece will they be? Will they do much travelling, or will it be mostly family time?
When I was eight or so, my parents just about gave me a panic attack by asking me if my brothers and I would like to go see Greece. That part was pretty exciting, though I thought they were being pretty casual the way they brought it up. Then M followed up with "Of course, we wouldn't be able to come with you..."
Turns out they were asking if we'd like to go see Grease.
