I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

It's all been a 20-year plot to get you to buy a Shark, though.

Ha! I will not buy a Shark! You will have to keep trying to convince me

[wheels within wheels]

I have been beset by an army of ducks with sharp little beaks. That's all I really want to say about that.

What is even happening?

My previous vacuum was a Dyson, which I believe I bought due to Buffista influence.

Dear -t's Duck Army: Duck off

Our wings are not tired.

I looked at the Shark options, but was overwhelmed and shelved it for another day. I anticipate seeing Shark ads every single website I visit for the next 6 months.

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

Does trade sanctions with China bring out a sudden need for vacuum cleaners?

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

I've decided that a corded hand vac is enough for me. I probably need to replace the filter in that though.

The fact that this happened? And we're like this? So many of us? Wow.

Right? Back when Fringe was still on I felt like I was starting to connect with the watch & post crowd for my time zone elsewhere but when that show ended it fell apart because of the structure and focus of the other site.

-t, should we look into duck muzzles for you?

Now that you mention it, I probably brought this on myself with the Duck Salad I had for lunch yesterday. It was delicious, though. I guess I should accept their revenge.

Because books.

The fact that this happened? And we're like this? So many of us? Wow.

It's the best kind of kismet.

Also, my vacuum is broken, but I'm not sure I can afford a Shark. In fact, I'm not sure what a Shark is, so I missed indoctrination on this somewhere along the line.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I got the one that Wirecutter recommends and with a 20% off coupon, it was like $110? Only you can say if you can afford that, but it's definitely not Dyson pricey.

ION, having a beautiful day Saturday makes coming back to 50 and rainy almost worse. Why so cold, weather????? My mother keeps bugging me about putting mulch on the yard, but I'm pretty sure it's legit still too cold.

Too cold to mulch? That's a thing?

Yes, I have always lived in temperate zones.

brillig

We're bouncing against 80 for the next few days but then there's another round of cold rain and regretting the furnace has been turned off. It seems chillier than usual.
