I came into work and immediately had two requests for my specific expertise, one on an ancient product I'm one of the few people to remember and one on a case where I did something cool but which I didn't fully document and had to remember. I got to explain an advanced technique to a new hotshot.

At this point I'm just trying to cancel my return flight so I can book a flight to Toronto on another airline, but there doesn't seem to be a good way to do that without canceling my entire reservation. Which of course is a stupid thing an airline would do, because plans never change, right?
