Yesterday there was also a MRDOG!
Today's best bumper sticker was on a Prius, and it read: "Cool Prius!" -- nobody.

So far today I managed to go eat bagels, fail completely at the crossword puzzle (the bagel place has a new one each week--this one was too hard for me!), try to be productive and send the records request in to get a second opinion, but then realized I lost the fax info for the guy and searched my house trying to find it and failed. Then I went to a "shredding event" by a local Realestate guy and dumped two big boxes of old bills and stuff. Hopefully nothing I need. I've still got plenty of more recent bills sitting around. But I don't want to go to electronic bills because I'm afraid I'll forget, if I don't pay them when I first see the email?
Now to decide what to do with my afternoon--tonight, a housewarming and a dance party (regular pop music I CAN still dance to, even if I still can't do my usual beloved dancing)
I have most everything possible electronic or autopay. And all of it in a calendar. I know I will forget otherwise.
Yay for socialization and dancing!
I'm always amused when I see good license plates, but I never remember them!
Also, I am 100% non-productive today, so I think I will give up and get comfy and finish a book.
Timelies all!
I still am amused by the Smartcar I saw recently that had "Dishwasher safe" on it.
I have made devilled eggs, easter eggs, and a non-Key lime pie for tomorrow. I think that's it! Although I may go over to Target to see if any of the possibles I saw on the website would be good to wear tomorrow?
I have to make a batch of congo bars for a tailgate party tomorrow, and vacuum. Also clip dog nails, which is always amusing.
Estate sale is OVER. They cleared over $500 and got rid of a few biggish pieces, but not the biggest ones and not nearly half of what was there. We packed up 3 smallish boxes of cheapy stuff and took to thrift stores today, but she is going to have to make decisions about a lot of the other stuff.
I ended up spending a chunk of the afternoon scanning the rest of my great-grandmother's 1958 diary, and amending my 2016 taxes. Wild times around here.
msbelle, $500 isn't bad? But what decisions can be made even--like, donate vs try to sell again sometime/where?
Apparently my mom has one of those like 13" TVs with a built in VCR and she is insisting my sister can't get rid of it....for the yoga tapes that she has never unwrapped?? OMG. The movers come Tuesday and my sister was like "I can't do this holy god"
Oh god. Both of those are why I keep telling my mother not to worry about what's in the attic, because after she dies I'm hiring movers and a dumpster. She can never move.
Over the course of the day, I bought three shirts to wear tomorrow, and I may not wear any of them! Because they are all short-sleeved and it's supposed to be cooler tomorrow. We shall see. I'd keep all of them anyway, though. Choir dress code is just solid color on top, black on bottom.
