I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

Jesse, we are one in this. I don't not even want a day at home in bed, I want a day away from everything and then I want like 3 days home with other people helping me with my house and projects that need doing.

My job is not part of this plan at alll.

Meanwhile I am actually buried in work.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I'm two and a half weeks from VACATION, which seems like a really long time.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Also I'm about to have the regular meeting with the person who thinks I'm incompetent, so that's fun.

Friends don't let friends read "Atlas Shrugged"

Connie, I love the British Antiques Roadshow. They added a glass expert who is a hoot. One time, a woman brought in a modern glass cake plate - he said it was handmade and he KNEW it was handmade because it said so on the label. They showed the top of the cake plate and it was for the winner of the Great British Bake-Off - it was Nancy! my fandoms collide!

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Sorry, Jesse. And Dana

I want a day away from everything and then I want like 3 days home with other people helping me with my house and projects that need doing.

Oh that sounds SO GOOD

my fandoms collide!

The show Flog It! films their episodes at great houses and grand civic buildings. For one episode, they were at a big municipal hall at the same time as Martha, who was the youngest contestant in Season 5, was having a demonstration of some sort. The antiques host was very excited.

The National Trust is a terrific boon for the location needs of British reality TV.

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

Oh god, the particular person who is all-in on Israel Is The God-Appointed Home of The Jews Only is now Facebook messaging me.

And I had already defriended her, so I'm not even sure how that works. Some lag in the system?

Days shrink and grow cold, sunlight through leaves is my song. Winter is long.

Can you delete FB messages unread? I'm not familiar enough with the mechanics of the site to know that.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

There is a Facebook option on whether or not you can receive messages from those you aren't friends with.

Ugh, Theo, I'm sorry.
