Mal: Well, look at this! Appears we got here just in the nick of time. What does that make us? Zoe: Big damn heroes, sir.

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

I am making teh dogs stay outside because it is 1) not raining, 2) not windy, 3) not cold, and 4) Buddy pooped in the house RIGHT after I had let him outside.

Bailey - who used to be outside all day everyday keeps coming back to the door and whining like this is some punishment. GO LAY IN THE SUN, DOGGO!

brillig

It's very disconcerting that gastric upset and heart issues can feel so similar.

It was 52 degrees at 1 AM here. We're having a large blizzard at the moment. Yay, spring in the mountains.

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

Looking at the wind map... hurricanes don't actually form over dry land, do they?

I am feeling super overwhelmed at work right now and feeling very very avoidant. But also trying to keep in mind that like, if I quit my job I won't have any income. And would have to apply for new jobs, which I also hate and avoid. So. Ugh.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Ugh, meara, that is the worst feeling. And in my experience, does not lead to really successful job applications!

Crepes were apparently a traditional Friday-in-Lent dinner for my mother growing up, so maybe I'll do that this Friday! Because now I want crepes.

Speaking of traditional foods in my mother's family, I made the most beautiful tourtiere last night. I really hope I can get it to the office without the fluted crust getting messed up.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

I'm glad Zoe is okay.

I was supposed to have a meeting 20 minutes ago, but I'm guessing the office is not back from lunch, so I'm sitting here, twiddling my thumbs. This is one of those times when working remotely is not in my favor. I will just have to read more Go Fug Yourself.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

I just had that discussion with myself on Monday, meara! Work is a drag but looking for work sucks even more, probably? Do not like.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

I am feeling super overwhelmed at work right now and feeling very very avoidant. But also trying to keep in mind that like, if I quit my job I won't have any income.

Oh man, so much this.

I do have one thing that will end on Saturday, but that just means I'll be able to full-ass all the school work I've been half-assing so far this semester. Work remains the most annoying and lowest priority, but it pays for everything else, so.
