It's unprepped ingredients, but not many of them. You should be able to see menus here: [link] (along with basically full recipes, so you could just go to the supermarket, but who wants that??)

Somehow it worked out to be a good morning/afternoon for Lyfting in Boston. Lots of positive vibes, so even though some of the traffic and streets were borked because of the parade I kept running into cheery, patient passengers including one poor guy who had a round trip from Fenway to Somerville and back again, which was pretty much through the belly of the beast Patriot Nation.
