I did not make it out of the loop before the Van Dyke verdict was announced. Enough packed trains went by that it became clear that the best option was to go back to work. I got back in the building right as the announcement was made. So very relieved that it was guilty.
SURJ is calling for white people to go to their rally/march, which I might do. I'm mostly worried about my bad ankle at this point. I've been having trouble with it.
