I was also just followed on Twitter by someone who joined Twitter on December 24th, whose timeline consists of selfies, a Trump retweet, a Joel Osteen retweet, and the Dallas Cowboys. I might actually be most irritated by the Cowboys.

I'm very pleased to see my rep take over as Speaker of the House today. Very heartening to see all the women, PoC, and The Gays taking office. Just on the Dem side. Republicans are notably The White Guys now. I mean - they always have been but the visuals have made this distinction very clear.

I have one of those good news/bad news deals! The good news is that the hospital has better air con than we do at home. The bad news is I'm in the hospital.
