I just made my list of things to do before my family arrives at noon on Monday, and it's excessive. Especially since I basically have no time Sunday. But that's the idea of writing it now -- I can get started after work this week!

I found the breakers for the stove and turned them off and am deep cleaning it and figuring out that burner. It doe not plug in, 3 wires were screwed to the ends. I got those disconnected, but still the burner is held on some way. It is beyond me, but I have got under two burner almost fully clean.

I feel like "not worse" than last week's session is not a high enough bar, and cartoon anvils may still be appropriate.
I just said to my coworker that I don't have enough time to be at work this week, and she suggested taking Friday off! Brilliant! I really don't think I'm going to have anything to do that day anyway, work-wise, and as she pointed out, I can do some stuff from home if there's anything that's actually urgent.
